Our warehouse is located in Rotterdam / Netherlands and all shipments are sent from there.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Return Policy

You can return unused and unopened products within 30 days of the delivery of your package.

We do not cover shipping costs for returned products.

If you would like to return your order, please email orders@blacktreenaturals.com and we will send you a shipping code.

Refund will be made within 5 business days after receipt of the returned package.
